    Hi all,

I’ve activated the “Recurring Donations” plugin and I’m using the Email Access (under General>Access Control) for the donors who don’t have an account.
That means that there is a form in the page (Subscription page) where the donors have to put the email address in order to get a Verification email with the link to the same page where are shown all the info about the subscription and the option to cancel it. https://givewp.com/documentation/add-ons/recurring-donations/managing-subscriptions/

But the only link available in the Verification email is to the “Donation History” page (that is not the subscription one).

Can I have 2 Verification email templates, one for the subscription and the other one for the Donation History?
Can I change the copy for these emails and, if so, where I can do it?

Hi there, thanks for being a customer. The Email Access feature also appears on the Subscription History page, so you can add a link to that page directly into your donation receipt email, and when they go there, they can enter their email address and see their history directly.

If you have more questions, I’d encourage you to reach out to us via our Priority Support where we can help you much more efficiently: https://givewp.com/priority-support

    Thank you!
