subscription option not showing in order actions

Hi, I had to move my entire site from edd to woocommerce, now I need to re-create all my orders so I was creating them as new. The problem is I don’t see the option to link the subscription to the new manually created order in the order actions dropdown menu, I only see 3 options, to send the invoice to the customer, to regenerate download permissions and to send new order sale notification, I don’t see the option to create the subscription. Please HELP!
