subscription of subscriptions

Hi!
On my site the customer can subscribe to courses. That is implemented and working. Now we would like to offer courses bundles so they can subscribe to a few courses with a discount. To the user subscribing to a bundle would be equivalent to subscribing to a set of courses except for the price.

What would be the correct way to achieve such a functionality?
