Subscription notification

    Hey there! Thanks for the plugin.

    I’m trying to create an automatic email where if someone cancels a woo subscription, it notifies two email addresses.

    Right now it seems the triggers are new order specific, whereas I’d like to use the subscription pending cancellation -> cancelled status change to be used.

    Is this possible?

    Sorry for the late reply. You are right – currently, the plugin doesn’t have subscription triggers (it does have order renewal triggers, though). Let me try to add it to the plugin, will get back to you soon.

    Hi @2u2a,

    As promised, we’ve added the WooCommerce Subscriptions triggers to the plugin.

    Please update the plugin to the latest v1.5.3. Then go to “WooCommerce > Settings > Custom Emails > General” and add “Subscription status updated to” and/or “Subscription status updated from to” groups to the “Enabled triggers groups” option. After that, you should be able to select subscription triggers (e.g., “Subscription status Pending Cancellation to Cancelled”) in your custom email settings.

    Thank you so much, this has been so tricky for me to find elsewhere. Maybe you should advertise this specific feature because I’ve only found limited and expensive plugins with this option ??
