Subscription Notification

  • Hey Guys!

    I just launched my blog on Saturday and I’ve had some people tell me they’ve subscribed but I didn’t receive any type of notification. I’m using the round cube email server and assumed I’d get an email letting me know when someone subscribed, but I didn’t. Do the notifications go somewhere else? How can I find out when someone subscribes? I’d like to send them a follow up email and gift.

  • What subscription service are you using? Try check with the settings.

    WordPress or the theme itself does not have subscription functions. Mostly from plugin (if you are using one, check the settings), or a third party services such as MailChimp, ConvertKit etc.
