    Hello, thanks for the great app!

    It seems although I have added the Live Publishable API key, Live Secret API key, and created a subscription button with the appropriate Plan ID, every time I try to submit payment info, it redirects to the Error URL and the Stripe dashboard shows an error.

    My Plan ID starts with “plan_”

    Hello Nathan,

    Thank you for using Direct Stripe.

    Could you share the error returned in Stripe logs ?

    The link shared is inaccessible, there is a PHP fatal error returned from a file in advanced cache.

    It’s all working now.

    I actually read that error code and realized something interesting: although I was using the Plan ID in the WordPress settings, it didn’t work on my live website until I went to the page, deleted the button, added the button back in, and updated.
