Subscription member form submission

Hey there,

I’m looking to launch a paid subscription service where subscribers can enter some data (simple dates and text) in a form, and the offline bits take over from there. Would be great if the data exists in a database that we can filter and export.

Any idea what kind of plugins I could use as a solution to this?

I’ve already purchased WooCommerce subscriptions to start with, but still flexible. Open to hear any suggestions for combination of plugins that would work!
