Subscription is set to active, order created but set to pending.

    Hi, I have a membership website that uses WPS subscriptions.

    Some users have signed up and the first payment is taken fine, one month later a new order is created but the payment isn’t taken via stripe.

    the order is just set to pending, help!

    how do I figure out where it is going wrong? Payment is not reaching stripe as there’s no failed records on there, and there’s no notes or anything on the woocommerce order that’s pending.

    How can I fix?

    This maybe due to various reasons do we suggest to ask our support email or connect with them for quick and proper solution as we need to test this why it’s coming on your specific website

    Some points you can check till than-

    • Check if you are using any third party membership plugin, if yes deactivate that and check again with test order
    • Are you using free or pro version of subscription plugin? If pro then is that updated version?
    • Is this happening with all order of subscription or for any particular
