Subscription form not showing in checkout

    Hi
    The plugin was working on the checkout page when I first installed it. I haven’t changed anything and it is no longer showing. I’ve tried changing the position, but to no avail.

    Please help.

    I have installed / activated any woocommerce based plugin recently ? If so, than please try deactivate that plugin and check if this plugin works.

    I haven’t installed anything new, but just in case, I’ve just tried deactivating a few, but it still doesn’t work.
    I have the same problem on these two different pages:

    Hi @kelhara,

    If you can see this plugin was last updated 5 months ago. So, possibilities are any of your plugin or theme update could cause this problem. However, I will try to simulate your website environment in my computer, can you please post here all of your active themes + plugins with version.

    Hi @loicesk,

    Can you please check the checkout page without login ? If you are logged in than most likely you will not see subscription checkbox as per “Mailpoet” , a registered user is subscriber.

    I had the field while a short moment. Then, woocommerce re-calculate shipping methodes with the ZIP and the checkbox disaper.
    I’ll read your code to understand.

    If I choose a subscribe position not before or after order submit, it work.
    I think your plugin doesn’t working whith shipping taxes live refresh.

    Are you using any plugin for shipping tax calculation in checkout field? If so than please post the name of that plugin.
