    Sorry to hear your subscription form is not being displayed as expected.

    Can I ask you a few more questions about this issue?

    – As I understand, the form was showing up before, but suddenly it’s gone. Is that correct?

    – Can you confirm you’re referring to a MailPoet subscription form? If so, which type is it (i.e. pop-up, slider, shortcode, widget)?

    – Can you please share with us a page where the form should be displayed, but it’s not?
