Subscription Form Issue –> Blogga on the edge of madness!

I cannot figure out why people cannot subscribe properly. I’ve searched the forums and video tutorials. When people sign in through the comments, WordPress handles everything fine but those subscribers are not on my MailPoet list. In fact, I don’t know where to find them.
The subscription forms asks people to look for a confirmation e-mail, but one is not sent AND YET, I do find them on my MailPoet list. I did once have the subscription forms set up with FeedBurner but I removed the code, as an RSS feed is available through another button.
PLEASE help!
