Subscription form does not work

    The subscription form widget displays, but no one can subscribe unless is a user logged in to the WordPress site.

    I have been able to get this to work perfectly on another site.
    Can someone help please?

    I read in another post that issues like this can be solved by deactivating all plugins and then reactivating one by one.

    I tried that and form is now working.
