Subscription for website updates

I have a small wordpress website. Right now it has only pages. Some pages accept comments, some don’t. In the future, I may be adding more pages. I currently have no posts, but I may be adding some as it goes forward.

I’ve been looking at some of the many subscription plugins out there, and trying to find one that would fit my needs, which are these:

? Subscribers can opt-in and -out on their own
? They can choose whether to subscribe to new pages
? They can choose whether to subscribe to new posts
? They can choose whether to subscribe to new comments
? A weekly automated digest or announcement informing subscribers that there are updates on the site

I think that’s all the relevant details (just ask if not). If you know of a plugin that meets these criteria, could you cast your recommendation below? Thanks!

PS: I’ve looked at, and decided against using, Jetpack and Subscribe2.
