Subscription for Newsletter sent mail mutiple times

Hi,

when someone subscribe for newsletter (using this plugin) multiple time using same email ,he/she gets mail every time for activation.but only last mail link works for activation ,all others mail links show error no subscriber found .please help me how to get rid of this problem.
