subscription for donations to WordPress developers?

I don’t think there’s any option to donate to WordPress core. www.remarpro.com simply isn’t set up that way. That said, quite a few of the core devs are theme and/or plugin developers, so supporting your local theme or plugin dev might be a good way to go.

I agree. You could post something in the Requests & Feedback forum. The vast majority of the posts on these forums are negative because people are having problems or are trying to do something that, perhaps, WP was never designed to do. Positive feedback, for a change, could warm the cockles of a core dev’s heart. ??

You mean like suggest they set something up so that people can make donations like I was talking about?

You could ask but I can pretty much guarantee that the answer will be “Thank you but no thank you”. Taking in any income is something that www.remarpro.com really does not want to get into. It would muddy so many waters.

What I was thinking of was posting something positive above WordPress itself. If you think it’s great, say so. You’d be surprised how few of these “positive posts” we get around here.
