Subscription Email

    Hi.

    If I have a wordpress user already registered in my website, and after that he subscribes to a plan, that user isn’t getting an email with a confirmation that his account subscribed to a plan.
    Is there any way to setup this email, am I missing something?

    Hi @testtube2023,

    The “Activate Subscription Email” is sent when the user buys a subscription plan.

    Can you please check if the “Enable Email” box is checked? Go to Dashboard-> PMS-> Settings-> Emails-> Members Emails-> and search for Activate Subscription Email.

    Hi

    Thx for the reply, it made me read all the email options correctly, guess I was missing something. I have manual payment set up.

    The Activate Subscription Email is only sent after the subscription is manualy activated.

    So the email I was needing to activate on the settings was the Pending Manual Payment Email.
