Subscription cookies don’t work

    I want my subscription popup open only once to each visitor, but if they don’t subscribe the popup should open again.
    I think I have set everything correctly, but the popup opens for the subscribed users again and again. Please, help.

    Dear @gaillipovetsky,

    Please, make sure the “Cookie Expires” option in the “Show once after” section of your Subscription popup is set “365”. In this case, the cookies will be saved for a year, if the user submits the form once.
    But if you want to control popup showing for the users who haven’t subscribed, you should use the “Show only once” option in the General section of your popup as well.
