Subscription confirming page

    Hi all,

    I have a weird issue when I tested the subscription signup (at the moment I have a popup) and when I submit my email details, I get the email as expected. But when I click on the confirmation link within the email, it takes me to a very random product page of mine on the site.

    The subscription still counts as activated and shows up on my list of subscribers. When I got to the success page settings, it clearly shows MailPoet page and I preview it and it shows correctly there. So what could still be causing the confirmation link to go to a product page instead? Thanks in advance

    Hi @keviololster,

    when I click on the confirmation link within the email, it takes me to a very random product page of mine on the site.

    Can you confirm the shortcode for the activation link is correct in the confirmation email (if you’re using our editor for it)?

    Also, could it be a caching issue? Please change the confirmation page to another one, save the settings, and then change it back to the right page and save settings again. If you have a caching plugin, make sure to clear the cache before testing it again.
