    Hello,

    Thanks for making this plugin.

    I’d like to be able to customize some more text. Specifically when I click subscribe I see the following:

    “You have successfully subscribed to the newsletter. You will receive a confirmation email in a few minutes. Please follow the link in it to confirm your subscription. If the email takes more than 15 minutes to appear in your mailbox, please check your spam folder.”

    I’d also like to be able to change the “Subscribed successfully.” text that appears in red after a user clicks subscribe.

    Is the development of this tracked on github somewhere perhaps? So that programmers can make suggestions?

    I came to this forum for exactly the same reason that aaron13100 posted. I’m disappointed to learn that particular text cannot be edited by us, the users of the plugin.

    I thought I finally found an email opt in form that I could use, but specifically for the reason of not being able to edit that text, I cannot use it at all – disappointing.

    This is because I only want to collect email addresses to notify interested visitors of my new posts. I have no intention of sending out a Newsletter.

    I wanted to post this because I’m noticing this assumption of “Newsletter” in several plugins.

    We will be giving the option to edit the text which appears after form submission.

    You can use Rainmaker which provides you to edit the text after successful submission. Rainmaker is also integrated with Email Subscribers. Check steps from here : How to use Rainmaker’s form in Email Subscribers
