Subscription completed with payment message not working

Hi,
the “Automated email for Subscription – Completed with payment Message” is not sending. The invoice email and the account creation email is sent, but the custom email is not sending. Any idea?I read on your forum that that’s a bug … any suggestion on how to fix this? it’s quite important!

(I also tried the workaround indicated in the message of the link above (got the login from a colleague) but is not working either.I’m using Membership 2 Version 4.1.5, WordPress 4.9.6
