Subscription Checkbox doesn’t appear

    Hi.

    I have configured the plugin and the checkbox to subscribe the user in a list doesn’t appear.

    I have tried to disable all plugins, change the place where the checkbox should appear and it doesn’t work.

    The only thing that appears is the title “subscribe to the list” but not the checkbox or any other text.

    I have also tests if after the payment the user appears on the list and not, the list is empty, so it doesn’t work.

    As I said:
    – I have tested to disable all plugins and the issue remains.
    – I have tested as no-logged user. (private browser mode)

    My configuration is:
    Wordpress 4.9.1
    Generate Press theme 2.2.2
    Mailpoet 3.20
