• My client had a 3-month subscription for a simple product setup:

    She had a customer place their initial order on September 28 and was charged on September, November and October 28. After that, the subscription should have shut off but she was charged again in December. The pink shows the subscription order. (The yellow is another customer, not relevant.)

    Also, I canceled the order and am trying to issue the customer a refund but through the subscriptions tab it wont let me issue a refund. I tried both manually and through Stripe payment gateway and it says it says there is an error

    I did get it to refund through the regular orders tab but still, need help to figure out why the subscription was renewed and charge after the expiration date.
