Subscription cancellation effect on membership

Hi, I hope this plugin supports paypal subscriptions. If yes, can u tell me if the subscriber (member) of my site goes to his paypal account and cancels the subscription, will the membership of that user be deactivated automatically on my site ?
Does the plugin check for active subscription of the member ?
