    I signed up and had an issue with the pop-ups not working. I ended up cancelling my account as I thought it was the account code but did this twice and now won’t let me create a key to post in WordPress. Could anyone please assist?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I took a look at your account and it looks like both free premium plans had the cancelling status because they were scheduled to be cancelled one month after you signed up. As we only allow two free premium plans per account you couldn’t create a new one.

    I’ve now permanently cancelled one of the free plans so you should be able to sign up for a new one.
