Subscription button is missing from the top navigation menu

    Hi

    First, my sincere congratulations on your great plugin.

    I have the following problem. The subscription button is missing from my top navigation menu. Is this something i need to do in the Settings to make it appear?
    Similarly, the same problem exists with the Subscribe to this Forum and Subscribe to this Topic buttons. They similarly are missing.
