Subscription bar checbox doesn’t compliance with the GDPR

Hi everyone,
I’ve recently installed WP Discuz and I’ve just realized that the checkbox of the subscription bar is checked by default, and that doesn’t compliance with the GDPR. It must be unchecked.
I’ve been digging in the settings but I haven’t found any option to set it unchecked by default. Is it possible to fix this?

Any help would be very appreciated.
