Subscription activation with no confirmation mail

Hello,

I just installed a fresh new WordPress personnal website, and I was looking for a plugin like yours to handle comments.
Everything is great with that plugin, but there is still something anoying me about emails notification on new comments.
I was wondering if there is a way to not receive a confirmation mail that required to validate the subscription to comments.
Is there a way to just enable email notifications when a user wrote a comment, without him to validate his subscription afterwards ?
