Subscription?

    I need to upgrade an installation of the photo gallery plugin just to use one of the views. Which is ok. My concern is after the 6 months of what they call a “subscription” ( you have to agree to), do we loose that functionality of the premium features if we dont pay to renew the subscription? We only want to pay once. The plugin authors appears to mandate the installation of their manager in our wordpress, which from my reading gives them control of the plugin. Their term of service is vague at best on this.
