subscripters non confirmed

When i clic on “renvoyer l’e-mail de confirmation” i get “une erreur inconnue s’est produite”

what can i do ?

If you’re getting an error message, it’s probably because the sending method you’re using is not working.

Can you please confirm sending is working as expected and you’re able to send yourself a test email and/or newsletter preview?

when I do this an error is displayed
so I made them one by one to subscribe them, and now it works!
