    Hello,

    if a user fills a form with an already registered Mail-Address for another Mailpoet-List, the user is not entered in the list and does not receive a confirmation email.

    This worked before one of the last updates.

    Any idea? Thank you

    If a user already confirmed to join a list and try to join another list, they will not get a confirmation email for that because they already confirmed their email before.

    For other issue, we just tested in our side and we found no issue. Our plugin is working fine. It can subscribe the user in new list along with previous list. The problem might be in your side. Please answer the following question. It might help us for debugging the issue.

    1. Are you using any custom field of mailpoet?
    2. Do you know how to read php error? If yes, do you see any error in the log file?
    3. Are you using any other MailPoet plugin other than MailPoet 3 free version (for example MailPoet premium or MailPoet 2)?
    4. Are you using latest versions of the plugins?
