Subscribing not working – jQuery TypeError

Hi,
When trying to subscribe the page is refreshed but nothing happens and I get this error to the console:

https://www.nutrinet.fi/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js:2:30366I found out that if I disable the Advanced Custom Fields -plugin, then the error disappears. I have the latest version for both of these plugins in use, and the 5.0.1 version for WordPress.
