Subscribers Were Mass Spammed

  • Our subscribers were spammed 500-600 emails last night – all I am finding in the community forum is information on getting spammed subscribers not our subscribers getting hundreds of spam emails.

    Any suggestions for help?

  • How were the addresses collected ?

    Do you have strong passwords on your administration accounts ?

    Have you or has anyone EVER done a bulk CC or bulk TO email ? Just one of these events is enough to heomorage your email list.

    Suggest you do a google search on say three of the email addresses that got spammed, you may be astonished to find a list somewhere on the web.
