Subscribers Resetting Permissions

    Hello,
    Perhaps this comes down to me using a newer version of wordpress than this app is updated to, however I’m having a strange bug with the plugin.
    The permissions themselves work fine, however if you make a user with the “subscriber” role and then give them a permission, if the user clicks the “update profile” button when they log in, their permissions all get removed. Do you have any ideas why this might be?

    Hi Youki,

    Thank you for catching this. It is definitely a bug.

    Because users are not allowed to edit their permissions, that section is hidden when they update their own profile. But it should not delete their permissions when they update their profile. I am very busy this week but will try to push an update next week.

    Hi Youki,

    I have updated the plugin with a fix. The new version is 1.2.5. You should see the update available if you go to your Plugins page (it can take WordPress a little while to push the update, so maybe give it an hour).

    WordPress SVN seems to be taking a long time to propagate the change. Here is a zip if you’d like to manually install it (you can delete the existing one and install this one without losing any of your settings):

    Ok the change is live and so the update should be appearing for you on the Plugins page.
