When I click on subscribers I get the following message: Warning: Undefined variable $query in /srv/disk8/1920671/*my website)/wp-content/plugins/popup-builder/com/libs/Table.php on line 121

How do Ifix this? Have I lost my subscribers?

    Hello @garyartista ,

Thank you for reaching out. It seems you are using the latest version of the plugin, and we’ve identified some issues with the subscribers list in this version. While we are working on an updated version, which is ready for release, you can try the beta version by contacting us through our dedicated support page. We’ll be happy to send it to you.

In the meantime, we recommend reverting to an older version of the plugin, preferably 4.3.2 or 4.2.7, to temporarily fix the issue. Rest assured, we are diligently working to release a fixed version soon.

    Warm regards,

    Hello @garyartista ,

Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are aware of this issue, and our team is actively working on a fix in the upcoming update. In the meantime, you can continue using other features of the plugin, including sending newsletters. However, please note that you may not be able to view the subscriber list. You can still export it, though.

If you prefer, you can roll back to version 4.3.2, which is a stable version that will allow you to see the subscription list.

Should you have any questions, you can visit our support page, where you’ll find options to chat with us or send an email. Our team is available to assist you and will gladly address any concerns you may have.
