Subscribers Not Showing Up in Subscriber List

    Hello! I recently published my blog and have begun having people tell me they are subscribing. When I click on the subscriber list in my dashboard, it only shows one subscriber (I know of at least 4 who have subscribed as well as my 2 emails I used to subscribe with to troubleshoot are not showing up. When I subscribed with my emails, I confirmed and did receive a notification of successful subscription, but I don’t see myself listed in the subscriber list.) I have been using the Jetpack plugin.

    Could you make sure the post notification is targeting the right list? To check,

    1. Go to Email Subscribers > Audience and see which list your subscribers are subscribing to
    2. Now, go to Email Subscribers Campaigns and check if the post notification is targeting the same list
    3. You can open the particular post notification and edit it to add more lists
