    Hello guys,

Prorably I am mising something important here.
I am using the latest version of mailchimp as well as the latest version of wordpress.
I have 2 sign up forms on my website that are live and visible.
I want to test their functionality.
When I subscribe a user, I receive a message that the subscription was successful but nowhere I can see this new subscriber.
Where Am I supposed to check that?
I have one list on my mailchimp account with one subscriber that is the e-mail address with which I’ve registered on Mailchimp. I tried with 3-4 different test subscribers (different e-mails) but they are not visible anywhere.
    What am I missing out?
    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I noticed double opt-in is turned on in the form’s settings. Note that the subscriber needs to confirm their opt-in before they show in MailChimp.

I jsut subscribed with n815730ok3qw @ opayq.com and confirmed by clicking the link in the email. Do you see the subscriber?

As I received the opt-in email from MailChimp I can confirm that our plugin “did it’s job” as the email is send by MailChimp only after correctly receiving the subscriber from the plugin via the API.

If you are not receiving the opt-in mail, it might be that MailChimp blocked the addresses you are using for tests if you subscribed and unsubscribed them a few times.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!

    Hey Lap,

    Thanks for the clarifications.
I did a test with one of my e-mails and I managed to add a new subbscriber.
By the way, I haven’t received your subscription request at all.
What could be the reason of that?

Thank you very uch for the hep!

Maybe my email got blocked? Although that shouldn’t be the case as I had received the opt-in mail.
