    Hello,

    We recently updated to the newest version of jetpack and now when we post a new blog post our subscribers aren’t receiving emails. Also, when subscribing, i’m not receiving an email confirmation. I noticed when i try to deactivate and reactivate this features i get a JSON error, if that’s any help. Our website is https://blog.ifebp.org. I’m doing a separate post as instructed by your developers in a similar thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  • I am having a bit of a different, but related problem. I got an email from someone who was trying to subscribe to my site. She entered her email address and was told she has successfully subscribed. All she needed to do was wait for the activation email. She never got one.
    Her email provider is in Canada. @rogers.com
    I did a test, setting up an email account with an @rogers.com address. I entered my subscribe request and was told I was successful and to wait for an activation email. I never got one.
    Then I tried, using another email address I have with an @gmail address. I got the activation email.
    Is it possible wordpress is blocking @rogers.com addresses?
    I am having Rogers look into this and they are telling me it is a wordpress issue, but that seems strange.
