I have a website with Jetpack that from the last post written no email post notifications has reached the list of subscribers. So far there have been no problems. And it’s an important post.
I have been investigating if there was any problem and I have debugged from the link of Jetpack’s own footer inside the page and I get a message that is correct. However if I check through this website https://jetpack.com/support/debug/ the message is Jetpack not connected.
But the statistics provided by Jetpack or other services such as galleries work without problems. And in the wordpress.com account the connection is fine.
If I delete the post and publish it again will it work? Is there any debugging method to prove that subscribers receive the message of a new post?
    Thanks a lot!

Yes, this is something that you could try. Jetpack Subscriptions will only send out notifications for new posts.

The best thing you can do is subscribe to your own site. If you don’t receive the email, then most likely no one else is receiving it. How did you figure out that no one received a notification from your last post?

I’m not the owner of the site, but I’m the one who developed it. The owner told me that she had not received the notice and I am also subscribed and have not received it either.

Would you please contact us via support (at) jetpack (dot) com so that you can share with us the emails addresses that should be receiving posts?

    Hi James,

Finally I cloned the post before deleted, published again and I think it is working well now. I received notification of the publication of the post, so I hope the rest too. If the problem continues, I will contact you.

    Thank you so much!
