Subscribers not getting confirmation email

    People trying to subscribe to the site are not getting confirmation emails and are not being added to the list of subscribers. When clicking on the Subscribe button the page is refreshed without any apparent errors. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting the site to wordpress.com, and I’ve looked for conflicts with plugins and themes. The 3 current subscribers on the site were added in the Jetpack subscriber dashboard. They do get emails when posts are added to the site.

    I’m not sure of the next step to try to resolve this.

    Hi @faradichel,

    I checked, and your site is properly connected with the Jetpack plugin, we need this connection to be working for the subscription feature to work correctly.

    To debug the issue, can you share the email addresses of a few users who tried subscribing to the site but were unsuccessful?
