Subscribers not confirmed after click on confirmation link (custom page)

Hello everybody, I need help to understand why the subscribers aren’t confirmed after clicking on confirmation link. I chose a custom confirmation page, which is published, and the link on the confirmation email works correctly. But the users remain not confirmed.
Everything works if I choose the MailPoet page.
Same problem with WP default theme.
