Hi there, I seem to have run into a problem with my e-mail and wordpress subscribers, as with every single one I check when I go to manage them, the click rate and open rate are at 0% and the e-mails number sent doesn’t even show up, so I assume, that it’s something wrong with my Jetpack connection or admin e-mail that’s not even sending e-mails.

If it helps pinpoint the problem, I get e-mails whenever I get a new subscriber just fine.

Thanks in advance for the support.

Hey @admiraljuicy – the Jetpack connection for your site is good. Also, I have subscribed to your site using our testing email address. Could you please publish a new post and then let us know here so that we can check if we received the email or not?

Hey @admiraljuicy – I received the email perfectly fine in our inbox as you can see here: https://i.imgur.com/I6Gkqae.jpg

Not only this one, I also found 4-5 more emails as you appears published more posts after that.

This indicates there is no issue in the Jetpack newsletter. For the subscribers who are reporting they are not receiving emails, you can ask them to check the spam/junk folder once. Also, if they have promotions or any custom folder set up on their email service provider to receive emails, they can check there as well.
