Subscribers not being added

    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

    In addition to this error message, in our testing, we see that subscribers are NOT being added to the list, despite receiving a welcome email.

    Admittedly nothing in that current log looks to be reporting issues. That said, that’s not us saying there’s not an issue of some sort, just that one hasn’t been logged yet.

    We visited the domain provided and found the green Subscribe box on the right and submitted to it. If it was successful, you should have a new contact named “Constant Contact Forum Support” listed.
