  • I’m having a slightly similar issue. Random subscribers are not receiving notifications via email. One particular person got one on Saturday, but not today. Additional, random subscribers are either not seeing their own comments after they are posted or not seeing any comments. Here’s an example of what one subscriber sees vs. what’s really there.

    Also the auto publishing to sociaal media is not functioning.

    After I updated wordpress and jetpack my subscribers no longer receive emails when I post a new blog. For Jetpack 4.3.1. WordPress 4.6.1.

    Absolutely same experience here.

    Has anyone tried reinstalling the previous version? I saw that as a suggestion as I was reading that the entire staff won’t be available to help us for 13 DAYS!!! What in the world?! I might try this later on today, but if anyone is able to try it sooner let us know if it works!

    My issue is now resolved after doing the following:

    1. Deactivate Jetpack
    2. Reactivate Jetpack
    3. Re-connect to Jetpack through WordPress.com (in Dashboard)

    Subscribers are receiving notifications again.

    Publicize is also working with this fix.

    I would recommend others try this before deleting Jetpack 4.3.1 and installing 4.2.2 in its place. I did not need to go that route thankfully.

    I tried deactivating and reactivating, and people who weren’t able to see their comments before now can. However, they’re still not getting notified of replies. I’m gonna wait a day and see what more subscribers say before I back down to the previous version. Thanks for this tip scabthepoet!

    1. What do you mean by Step 3 – reconnect to Jetpack through wordpress.com.
    2. When you deactivated and reactivated, did you get an error initially that says you could not reconnect and then when you tried it again, it worked?
    3. Are you posts manual or scheduled?
