Subscribers are not appearing in SendGrid list

Thanks for releasing this plugin.
When testing the plugin, email addresses are not being pushed to SendGrid. Do you have any recommendations for me to troubleshoot?
I have ensured the following:
- SendGrid list has only email required
- Contact Manager has API Key, “Enable adding new users to a list” checked and the appropriate list is selected from the dropdown.
- In WPForms, I have only one field for “email” and under “Settings”, I have “SendGrid” set up with the appropriate “SendGrid List ID”, and “Email Address” mapped.
On an unrelated note, what API key permissions are required? I assumed that only “Marketing” is required, but during my test, I also did “Full Access”.
