    Hi there!

    I have an interesting issue that I can’t figure out as it wasn’t happening when I first tested MailPoet.

    Every time someone signs up to my membership via MemberPress, they are added to MailPoet, however, they are added to trash and I then have to manually restore them as they join. The ‘resend confirmation email’ is not reaching the new members either which is another mystery!

    Does the trash section of MailPoet automatically delete trash after a certain amount of time? I really hope not in case I miss someone…

    Anyone know what I can do to fix it? I launched my new membership last month and only have a few members so far who’ve migrated over from Patreon, so it’s fairly easy to handle right now, but going forward I’d rather not have to think about having to manually add them all.

    Does this happen only when a new subscriber is coming through MemberPress? If you disable the plugin and you create a form via MailPoet and try to subscribe, are you added to the trash directly?

    If only happens with MemberPress, then you’d need to reach out to their support here:

    As we don’t support the integration with our plugin they’re offering, so they can take a look at your specific setup and check what can be happening.

    Not at all. We don’t clear the trash automatically so all the subscribers in there will always stay there unless you clear the trash manually.

    I ended up deleting your plugin unfortunately as it was eating up CPU seconds like crazy.

    I am having the exact same problem.

    Subscribers are going to the trash and not receiving confirmation emails.

    I don’t know how that’s a MemberPress issue if they are making their way to MailPoet. I don’t know how a signup form could send that automatically to MailPoet’s trash.

    I am a paying customer of MP and have loved the product so far, but this is driving me nuts…
