Subscriber WP and RM logging in

    I am not understanding why when my subscribers login to their accounts, they are logged in as an RM user and a WP user? The WP MY PROFILE shows up in the top right hand side of the page. This is creating confusion with my users, I am wondering if there is a setting to make sure the subscribers only have access to the RM account they have set up and does not log them into a WP account, thanks.

    Hi,

    In order to hide the WordPress toolbar please follow these steps- Go to RegistrationMagic > global settings > general settings> enable ‘Hide WordPress Toolbar’ > save it.

    I have changed this setting and when I login test users the WordPress login menu is till appearing, I need to fix this ASAP, as it is totally confusing users. I want users logged into the RM area ONLY I would like to WP registration and logged in window at the top right gone please?

    Hi,

    We enabled hide WP toolbar option at our end and checked that it has hidden the WordPress Toolbar on top of the screen for users that are already logged in.

    I have submitted a support ticket for this issue with a screen capture demonstrating users are getting logged in WP as well.
