    Hi Team,

    Users has been not receiving welcome email, I had mapped in admin panel Workflows welcome email( Send welcome email when someone subscribes ), When user has been subscribing appearing like a success message (Your subscription was successful! Kindly check your mailbox and confirm your subscription. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check the spam/junk folder), We are checked in spam and all mails didn’t receive any kind of welcome mail, But reconfirmation mail was working fine. I used free version plugin. I had used plugin and wp core updated versions, Is it working for welcome mail only in PRO version ?.

    Initially, we would request you to please check and confirm whether the welcome email option is enabled in your Workflow or not (Email Subscribers > Workflow > Welcome Email). (click here)

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot. After activating the plugin you are not receiving the welcome email, which is strange. The free plan also offers welcome emails.
