The confirmation via captcha was affecting the menu and creating a black bar. So, I selected “no verification”disable”. Now the message says the alarming message below. How can I fix this?

    This error is showing up:

    Hello there @neighbourhoodcentre ,

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you’re facing with the form verification and the error message. I’m here to help you resolve this.

First, could you confirm whether you’ve turned off form protection in the settings here: https://d.pr/i/XGUKQS? Disabling protection may explain why the confirmation process is encountering issues.

If the default MailPoet captcha is causing conflicts, you can set up Google reCAPTCHA as an alternative. Here’s how to do that: Set up Google reCAPTCHA.

If Google reCAPTCHA also causes conflicts, there are other captcha options listed in the guide above that you can try to better protect your forms while avoiding errors. Ref: Protecting 3rd-party forms

Please let me know if you need any assistance setting this up or troubleshooting further. I’m happy to guide you through it!
