Subscriber unable to access wp-admin

  • When this plugin is activated, my users with the subscriber role is unable to access the wp-admin panel, even though they have the view_admin_dashboard setting. It works when this plugin is disabled, but once active they can’t read the admin panel anymore.
    How do I fix this and grant wp-admin access to my subscribers?

    Hi @zarkas6,

    Thanks for writing in. Could you kindly confirm the roles you have selected under “Prevent WP Dashboard Access”? If you have chosen for ‘subscriber,’ please remove it and leave the field blank.
