Subscriber Tags not working

    Hi there,

    We can’t add tags to subscribers at all. When we try indivividually, we can write the tag in the field but it does not appear to save.

    When we try in bulk, there are no tag options presented.

    I’ve tested this in troubleshooting mode with only MailPoet (and also with MailPoet premium) active and a default WP theme.

    We’re running WP 6.4.2

    Hi James,

    Is this the first time you’ve attempted to use tags? Did it work in the past? Did you separate tags with commas or hit Enter key after typing them?

    All the info you can share relating to your use of tags will be useful.

    Now I try this again, I see that we were not hitting the enter key to set the tag before saving.
